  • Start moving- Burning calories has to start at your house straightaway. Start moving around instead of getting comforted on your sofa sets. Start using stairs instead of the elevators or any sort of physical activity to shred those extra calories.
  • Build your Immunity- You should start building any lean muscles in your body. The body would in turn need extra calories to maintain them; thereby boosting your metabolism rate, burning extra calories in the process too.
  • Lead stress free life- More stress could adversely affect your body metabolism rate. Sometimes people tend to drink alcohols (especially beer) and smoke to relieve their stress. This has to be stopped in order to get rid of belly fat.
  • Healthy diet- Your ideal diet must contain nutrients, fibers (in the form of fruit or vegetable salad) and high proteins like sprouts of black grams etc. Strictly avoid having the junk foods and heavy oil snacks or meals. Ensuring a healthy diet would keep your metabolism rate at check.
  • Don’t skip meals- Having frequent short meals in the form of healthy snacks could ensure a steady supply of energy to your body throughout the day, which in turn keeps your metabolism perfect. Make sure not to skip any meals which would increase the urge of having more food at other times and hence burdening your body’s metabolism.
